"I had originaly intended to purchase from c.....s, but after what they deemed as a [communications error] they gave me the run around as far as financing went. After 3 weeks they sold the bike I was looking at and refunded my deposit. I then contacted Gregg at Bumpus and told him of my plight. He told me to pick a bike and he could make it happen. I did, and between he and Ms Ginger I was approved and bought a bike within 45 min. Needless to say where I'll send folks to in the future, and with whom I'LL be dealing with. Thanks Ginger & Gregg."

"Just purchased a 2013 Anniversary Edition Heritage Softail. The bike is amazing, but it is a Harley so of course it is. The entire Bumpus staff is so nice and friendly every time I'm in there. They remember who I am, and are always quick to offer assistance. There is never any pressure and they will make sure your getting exactly what you need. If they don't have it, they'll order it and have it to you quickly. But that is rare because of their huge selection. Was a great experience and look forward to having a lasting relationship there."

"Okay, I accidently got lost in and stopped in to ask directions... Saw the bike I wanted and was treated great by everyone.. Financing was great, purchase was great, just everything.. Since I have bought the bike I have ordered accessories for it and have just a great experience.. My bike had a problem and had to be trailered to a different Harley Dealer but Bumpus stepped up and came through with the parts needed and got my bike back on the road in no time.. "Went to Bumpus yesterday, Sat.20, 2012, just to look around. There was some sort of event going on, people milling around, standing room only. Was disappointed because there were no used bikes out on the floor, and looking at the sales price on all of the new bikes just made it worse, as i knew i could never afford one. Was about to walk out the door, and my disappointment must have been apparent, for a guy asked "what's wrong, didnt see anything you liked"? Thats not the problem, just wondered where the more affordable ones are, they usually have some out here I replied. He said, Go talk to the GM, Tim, and see if he cant do something for ya. So he introduced me to Tim, and I told him I had just passed my Motorcycle class and got my license and was looking for something small, older, used ans affordable. I didn't want to pay 11,000.00 for a brand new first bike and then should something happen, be in a mess, he said lets go talk to Gary and see if we can help ya. Gary came out and said "we only have two 883's in store, that brand new right over there and one used one upstairs, lets go look at it, cuz I think this one is gonna be perfect for what yer lookin for". So we went and looked at it, and at first glance, and then sit on, I knew he had it right on. I asked him his advice on how/where to go to start the buying process, and he sais "we handle all of that right here". I was so scared, as I had never applied for anything before in my life, didn't even know if I had "credit" at all. I knew absolutely nothing. I asked my friend Squeaky if she would sit in there with me, and then Gary sent me to Ginger! It all happened so fast, and they were all so gentle and patient with me (even when i had to leave the room to get sick! sooo sorry Ginger!), I have to say, and I told Ginger and Gary they made it so easy, matter of fact too easy, to get that bike. They even gave me sensible advice on how to break the news to hubby that I had just bought a bike, without his knowledge or permission! The Johnny Walker Red was my idea, and it really helped pave the way toward acceptance. There was a true feeling of commradery when i rang that bell and strangers clapped and came up to me and clapped my back, shook my hand and said "Welcome to the family" it trully felt like family. And afterward, when they took care of me after the sale with the other perks, you guys are amazing and had to ask myself, " Why didn't I do this sooner"? I didn't know it would be this easy and pleasurable. Can't wait to start bringing my 16 yr old daughter with me to start getting her introduced to this new way of life, (she also took the class and got her license). Huge Thanks to my friend Squeaky for referring me and going thru it with me I owe you, my friend, anything and everything. Ginger, you're an amazing asset to the dealership and think you need a raise; Gary who is so funny and easy spoken and really know how to talk to someone and size them up to make the perfect match, and Tim: I didn't get to chat you up enough you were very busy making sure all of your guests were comfortable and had all their needs met, everyone was vying for your attention and needed you, but thank you for keeping such a team of staff that other dealerships should be using them as examples or trying to steal them from you, you really know what potential customers need and want and you filled that need excellently. I will be bringing my niece, and my daughters, and my husband and son to you guys when the time is right."

"In aug of 2011 after getting frustrated with all the HD dealerships in Nashville I called Bumpus. I was reluctant to because. they are 45 miles from my home. I'm glad I did. Since then I have bought " 2 bikes from them. No I'm not wealthy, I just have a passion for Harleys and riding. I've never been as impressed with a business as I have with Bumpus. Their i professionalism and kindn. ess is unbelievable. I've sold cars before so I know how this type of business can be. They're not your typical dealership. You're like family before & AFTER the sale. It would take me 30 minutes to compliment everyone who deserves a compliment at Bumpus so I'll just say from the salesmen to parts to service to motorclothes to the finance dept to Tom and Angie Bumpus and general mngr Timmy Glenn they are second to none. They also beat everyone elses prices by a thousand bucks. You can do that when you have 5 dealerships. Family isn't always blood. It can be people who treat you with kindness and who really try to show you they cate. They're just darn good people at Bumpus. They provide alot of events ahave charity events to help out those in need. If you're considering buying a bike I would highly recommend them. It'll be worth your time I guarantee it. I've met ALOT of riders from Nashville and the surrounding cities who only do business with Bumpus. I wish I would have gone there years ago. They really are like family. Try them out and you'll see. Not to mention the money you'll save. Allow them to be a blessing I'm your life. There are still a lot of good honest people in this world and a lot of them are at Bumpus Harley Davidson. "

"I arrived there with the hopes and aspirations to purchase a Harley-Davidson and that's exactly what they did for me. I first arrived and immediately shook hands with the owner just as I had taken off my helmet, he greeted my friend whom brought me and then proceeded to greet me then excused himself to handle some business. I went in and looked at a couple of bikes that I was HIGHLY interested in. Tom, the owner btw, approached me and asked if I had been assisted yet and I said no but that was alright because it seemed they were very busy! While he agreed, he said that it wouldn't do, I was then humbled by what happened next. Never in my years had I seen the owner of an automotive oriented business done the job of a salesman! He took all my info down, then after several minutes passed, a salesman(Gary) approached me and told me that he was sorry for the delay and that he had gotten the heads up from Tom about the progressing deal. Tom got me in the finance office and fought tooth n nail for my trade in worth with I believe 3 wholesalers until he got the numbers we wanted to see. The customer service was VERY good, the salesmen were all busy but that didn't stop them from trying to do their jobs and help every last customer, almost every time a salesman would come through, they would greet the customers with a hello, have you been helped? I come from a smaller town and yet, the customer service is 100% better than what I have seen around here! I couldn't have asked for better service. Now, the ONLY reason I even rated 4 stars for the accessories and parts, was the lack of parts available for my particular model, the Dyna(from my understanding, the parts carried there are catered more to the soft-tail and touring bikes), aside from that, great service and relations from ALL the departments. My hat goes off to them and this incredible dealer!"

"I had recently purchased parts for my Electra Glide that were not the part that I really needed. No fault of the dealership just me ordering the wrong part number. On the start of a ride that weekend we decided to take the parts for return and order the ones I actually needed. While there I purchased some Highway pegs for my bike. After realizing I really didn't have the proper tools to install them. I was helped by someone from the dealership to install the pegs and was loaned the tools to do so. It wasn't till after we were on the road that I found out it was actually the owner that helped me install the pegs. This type of service is why I will rides two hours to visit this dealership and will visit them if I decide to purchase a new bike or simply parts for the one I own."

"I completed the Feb 27-Mar 1 2009 Riders Edge Course at Bumpus H-D of Murfreesboro. I would highly recommend this course to every rider, no matter how long you have been riding. It rained on us all day Saturday and Sunday we had snow. The adverse conditions did not hamper the Instructors at all. The training was held to high standards with safety being the priority. The course was kept on schedule and we were kept motivated by the friendly, humorous and caring attitudes of the Instructors. The Instructors were professional, personable and true bikers at heart. Thank you to Instructors, Denise Earlywine and Ray Ashworth for the skills and knowledge you passed onto me (and for standing in the rain and playing in the snow.) Thank You to the Program Manager, Kari Brooks for getting me in the course on short notice. Thank You to Bumpus H-D for providing the bikes, range and a warm place with coffee. Riders Edge - It's an investment for your life.

"On or about June 15, 2008 in the afternoon, my FLHTCI wouldn't restart after a rain delay. I called HOG which sent a wrecker that took me about ten miles to your dealership. Service work was done in about one-half hour and I was ready to go. Since it was around 4PM and I had planned to spend the night before returning to Louisville, I got a cheap room, a burrito to go, a twelve pack and had a great time.
